What a wonderful first visit. The entire staff was friendly and kind…even fun. Dr Bowen was the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had work on me. Her assistant was also pretty great. The service was outstanding, the dental work seems to be outstanding as well. I’m happy to be here as a patient.

Sweetest and most gentle woman on the face of the planet! Dr. Bowen constantly checks in with you to make certain you are comfortable. She is fabulous at explaining any and all questions. She is compassionate and caring. If you have any reservations about going to a dentist, go to Dr. Bowen’s office. Her entire staff is friendly, patient and kind. I have been seeing her for many years and would never go anywhere else.

There is a reason this office has 5 stars! I’ve had some not so great dental experiences and a lot of dental work in the past. I was pretty nervous going in for my appointment today, but that was quickly resolved with how welcoming the staff is. Jessica and Dr. Bowen eased every bit of anxiety I had! They take the time to explain everything to you and listen to all of your concerns. They make you feel like family! If you need a new dentist, you have to go here.

Team is always timely and friendly. 30 mins in and out for a routine cleaning. Great experience all around for the year I've been with this dentist. Update: I've been with Dr Bowen for 2 years now. Her and her team are stellar. So personable and they all always take the time to explain treatment plans and ensure you fully understand. The level of care is admirable. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the cosmetic treatment I received by Dr. Bowen. She was kind and took time to make sure I felt comfortable before and during the process. Her staff was professional and helpful. I have been contemplating doing the bio-care treatment they offer for months. This is a combo of micro-needling with PRF and laser facial. (If u know you know 😊) I have had micro needling in the past and it was not a pleasant experience. My family and I have been going to Dr. Bowen as our dentist for years and have always shared with friends and family how gentle she is. This was so incredibly easy. Absolutely no discomfort… the micro needling portion of course stung a bit as to be expected… but the rest was a piece of cake ! Highly recommend!!

My visit today was great. Dental Hygienist Shannon has been cleaning my teeth for quite a while now, and it's because of her that my checkups go so smoothly. Between Dr. Bowen and Shannon, they both continually give me great advice in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Thank you both so much for your care.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. They are extremely non-judgmental during exams and cleanings. Shannon was awesome and I would request her every time. Kind, efficient, and thorough. It was my first cleaning where I didn’t have any pain. Dr. Bowen listened to all of my concerns and even asked for my opinion about her plans for me. An overall great experience, I have already and would in the future recommend this practice.

I took my girlfriend here today. We were both extremely pleased with this office. The entire staff made you feel welcome and the office is beautiful. Dr. Bowen herself is an absolute delight, she makes you feel right at home and comfortable and she really, really knows her stuff. By far the best dental office either of us have ever been to.

Dr. Bowen, Lauren and Julia were amazing! Some of the kindest people I have ever met, they genuinely care about how I was being treated. I felt like I was apart of a family, I was greeted with beautiful friendly faces and they took great care of me as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Bowen was highly knowledgeable, her gentle touch immediately set me at ease and is definitely the most comfortable treatments I've received from a dentist. I am only a little biased due to the fact that Doctor Bowen is my mother but there is no one else I would rather have as my dentist. I have had plenty of experiences in the past with other dentist but Doctor Bowen is hands down the best dentist I will ever have the pleasure of receiving care from. We just moved to The Springs a couple of weeks ago. On a Sunday night a crown popped off and Monday I was on the hunt for a dentist. I read lots of review on several dentist in the area. I decided to Call Dr. Bowens office and her staff quickly got me in on the first available appointment. From the moment I made the call her staff was amazing and I had a great feeling this would be the dentist for me. Dr. Rhonda Bowen was sentive to my need of putting my crown back on. She was very nice to work with and I have already a planned my regular 6 month cleaning with her office. Thank you, Dr. Bowen & your staff.

I’m a very long-time patient of Dr Bowen. My visit today, however, is the first in a couple of years due to my procrastination. So, after x-rays and a full examination we have a game plan to take care of a few issues. Dr Bowen is always professional and caring and has my complete confidence. She has always provided great dental care.

I moved from Texas a year ago and was worried about finding a dentist as good as the one I had back home that I had gone to for 28 years. I had been with my prior dentist for 20+ years until he retired this year. Due to the Covid pandemic and his retirement it has been 18 months or more since a cleaning and finding a new dentist is stressful. After much research my partner and I decided on Dr. Bowen’s office. What a great pick and makes me think we should have switched years ago. The hygienist was amazing and knowledgeable, and truly made the experience of returning to a dentist after a long absence bearable. Although my gums weren’t in the best of shape they were so positive and I feel I will be back on track after my cleaning. Dr. Bowen is awesome and so nice. The entire staff was great. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this office. So happy we are with a great dental team.

I was very anxious going in. I have not had great dental experiences before. They are an all women clinic so that was reassuring to me. They were very kind and worked hard to relieve my anxiety. Dr. Bowen is funny and got me laughing. The pricing is reasonable and I am just so happy to have found them.

Dr. Bowen needed to remove a bridge due to a cavity under the bridge. This lead to needing 2 implants and then crowns. So over many months I was seen by her and Dr. Thoman. My family switched to Dr. bowen a couple years ago and we all absolutely love her and the entire staff. We have had some bad dental experiences in the past and Dr. Bowen has made my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. They are very kid friendly and have gone out of there way to make my kids feel comfortable and safe.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I’ve been at Bowen’s practice since I was a kid and they have never let me down. I like her conservative approach to dentistry in that she doesn’t force unnecessary treatments/surgeries for minor pathologies and realizes the body can heal itself. Quite literally the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone was charming and fun to talk to. My dental hygienist was extremely thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Bowen and her staff are all very professional while keeping the mood light and fun. All of my questions were answered promptly (even silly ones like "can you use a laser to clean tartar off people's teeth"). 10/10 best dentist in town.

Dr. Bowen and her hygienist were very friendly and thorough throughout my exam. They made me feel very comfortable with their care in regards to addressing all of the guidelines associated with the COVID-19 protocols. The assistants and receptionist were also very welcoming and accommodating when I entered and left the office.

I take my elderly father to Dr. Bowen two times a year. Dr. Bowen and her staff treat my father with respect and all kindness beyond any professional expectation. There collective good sense of humor gives dad a good laugh and the extra care they give him makes me assume this is how they would want their own fathers treated. Can you think of another dentist or staff member who walks the patient to the door upon departure? The office is clean and orderly with coffee, water, and a fresh batch of cookies for those in the waiting room. The waiting time to see the dentist is usually no more than ten minutes. Finding Dr. Bowen was by chance through advertisement. It was a wise move on my part to ask her to take on my father as a patient. I do trust her with my father.

A fantastic dental experience. From Laura's happy and helpful demeanor at the front desk to Sandy’s careful and gentle cleaning, to Dr. Bowen’s thorough examination and painless dental work it is truly fun top go to the dentist nowadays. With the new laser technology Dr. Bowen is using, it is now painless for most dental procedures; which is a huge bonus for me because I hate needles and shots. I would highly recommend Dr. Bowen’s office for any and all dental procedures. A+++++++++ all the way around.

As mentioned on the website, the entire experience was very spa-like. It was easy to relax and trust that I was in good hands. Laura was so sweet and kind in both helping me sign in and out of the office. Sandy, Ariel, and Rhonda were very informative and helpful in educating me on everything they were doing along the way of observing and working on my smile. Dr Rhonda Bowen and her staff are amazing! Dr Bowen takes time to make sure you are very comfortable and cares deeply about you as a person. I had six small fillings done with her laser and they were totally pain free with no anesthetic! It was the best experience I've ever had with dental work! Her team is friendly, kind, and so considerate! The office is very clean and beautifully decorated. It's relaxing coming into the office! I highly recommend this office!! Went in to have an extremely large and painful cold sore looked at. Dr Bowen performed a completely painless laser procedure that not only gave me instant relief but helped speed up the healing process and it only took a few minutes. Super cool! For many years I had a great dentist who was so considerate of my fear of needles. So when Dr. Bowen took over , I was amazed that they to were careful if I had to have a numbing shot. They do great work, so happy and chatty while you are sitting there. So glad to have Dr Bowen and staff to serve my needs.

I’ve had 2 appointments in less than a month and both times, Sandy and Dr. Bowen took great care of my teeth. Sandy took her time with me knowing that I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and I felt comfortable enough to ask Dr. Bowen any questions without hesitation. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Friendly, understanding staff and hygienists, making sure that you're as comfortable as you can be at a dentist, asking if you need a short break in the middle of cleaning a sensitive area, etc. Also, they were able to get the coffee stain off my teeth! 10 out of 10 for hiding my caffeine addiction from the world!

Best dental office (and most beautiful!) in town! Each staff member is so knowledgeable and compassionate, from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants. My young children unfortunately needed fillings and Dr. Bowen was able to make their experiences positive ones! I love coming in and catching up with all the ladies in the office. Dr. Bowen and team have always been super accommodating. Given that I don't have dental insurance, they are incredibly kind, compassionate, and work with me. I always receive great service and advice; I am one of those people who doesn't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, and they always make me feel comfortable at Dr. Bowen's office.

I have been coming to Dr Bowen since she bought the practice from Dr Fitzwater. She and Vickie have taken very good care of me and watched my oral health very closely. This entire office is amazing! The office staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I use Vicki as my Dental Hygienist, and she is wonderful. I used to get a mouth full of canker sores, after a cleaning. Not with Vicki! She is the best, in my opinion. What can I say about Dr. Rhonda Bowen, other than I think she is so awesome! I have never had a Dentist who is so compassionate . I really can not say enough nice things about her and her staff. I LOVE this practice . Dr. Bowen and her staff are simply amazing. My husband and myself had quite a bit of dental work done and left pain free. We both have had bad experiences in the past and have suffered ‘anxiety’ from visiting previous dentists however that was not the case here! From putting our worries at ease, to making sure our problem areas are fully numb before any work was started, to putting on chapstick while we had our fillings done, we both were amazed at the details and compassion! Every person we encountered at the office was so friendly and patient, which definitely goes a long way! Best dentist and dental practice we have ever experienced! We will most definitely be back!

The care and commitment to making me feel comfortable is unbeatable. I have seen a few dentist in the springs area but they were only an office grinding out patients to make a buck. Dr Bowen and her staff take such care and personal interest in providing the best care for you. I made an appointment with Dr. Bowen because her name came up on the list of Dentists in my network. Boy am I glad it did! My visit with her and her staff was one of the best dentist visits I have ever had. Not only was everyone super friendly and upbeat, but they were super friendly and upbeat at 730 am. Dr. Bowen and her staff are all knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with my teeth. I will be a lifelong patient here even if I move out of state and have to fly in twice a year for my exams.

My son and I had our first visit to Dr. Bowen today. We were referred by a friend. Neither of us were disappointed. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but when you have a dentist and hygienist that takes the time to know your needs as a patient and is gentle with the cleanings, it eases the stress. The office itself was inviting and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

I would have to question Janine W.’s comment as a disgruntled patient who probably did not understand the different insurance company’s co-pay system, or failed to ask. I highly doubt Dr. Bowen’s Office would send any outstanding remaining balance to a collection agency unless the balance had remained unpaid after the typical 60-90 day grace period. Dr. Bowen is extremely gentle, caring, and very helpful in explaining all procedures I required. Not only was my procedure done quickly, and definitely the least painful crown work I have ever experienced, she and her Office Manager clearly explained what would be covered by my insurance and what I would have to pay out of pocket; crystal clear. I paid my estimated portion the day I received my dental work, my insurance paid their portion, with absolutely no problem whatsoever, and I am a very happy and a fully satisfied customer. I highly recommend, Dr. Bowen and her team of hygienists to all my friends and family. The BEST Dental experience in Colorado Springs by far.

It has been a pleasure to be Rhonda's patient for 3-4 years now. She has a very gentle tough when examining the teeth and her staff are always friendly and kind. I unfortunately have had a few cavities over the last few years and I have to applaud Rhonda and her numbing technique. The topical numbing medication works quickly and I have never felt the needle stick or the burn from the numbing shot. I recommend Rhonda every time anyone asks about a dentist just for the numbing technique! There was even an evening an old filling fell out and her practice made it happen so I could get in the next morning and have it fixed. Dr. Bowen and her practice are second to none!

I just had my 6 month cleaning and annual checkup with Dr. Bowen and her Dental Hygienist last week. Sandy and Dr. Bowen were both very gentle and caring, and explained what they were doing as they were doing it, greatly reducing my anxiety. Recently, I had my 6-month check-up/cleaning with Sandy. Even though it is not my favorite thing to do, I want to say thank you to Sandy and Dr. Bowen for making the visit a very pleasant experience. Sandy definitely knows what she is doing and gets a lot done in one hour. My mouth always feels a little "happier" when I leave. And I am always pleased that they know the health of my mouth/teeth and note any changes they might see but do not jump into fixing anything that is not needing to be fixed quite yet.

The staff and Dr. Bowen are so incredibly nice! They explained every little thing they were doing throughout my cleaning exam, and Dr. Bowen spent several minutes going over everything with me at the end. She is so personable! If you are looking for a wonderful dentist, I recommend visiting Dr. Bowen!

Recently my 7 year old son had to have some pretty extensive dental work done and I was so pleased with the care he received at this office. The doctor and staff went truly above and beyond my expectations to make him feel comfortable and safe during the whole procedure. It was such a relief to me as a mom to be confident in the care he received and he is even looking forward to another visit soon!

I'm thrilled with every aspect of this office's dentistry and client care. Recent periodontal work was almost pain-free - I was amazed by that and grateful for my dental hygienist's, Angie Stoner's, empathetic approach and advanced skill, because I was a little worried beforehand. Every member of this staff has looked me in the eye and treated me like a person; it's an exceptional team. The timing of the reminders, which I've opted to get by text, works well and the location is convenient.

I very seldom find my self going to a doctor of any kind but when I find a person that makes me feel like I belong and treats me with such kindness then it is a little easier to go and I have found that with Dr. Bowen and the people that work there. I still need a little push to go but it is much easier when I like the Doctor and the people that work there. Thank you all for making me feel at ease when I am there.

If I could, I would give Dr. Bowen and her staff a 10 star review! I unfortunately have a multitude of dental issues which has resulted in extractions, treatment and restoration. Over the past 5 years or so, Dr. Bowen and her staff have worked on me and with me resulting in a healthy mouth and a great smile. Dr. Bowen is not only a great dentist, but is also an artist in her restorative work. My smile looks natural and I receive compliments from others on my nice smile and pearly whites. Dr. Bowen and all of her staff from the front desk to the hygenistist are all caring and kind. They take their time with patient procedures and try to make any procedure as painless as possible. I see all the staff as not only my dental professionals but also my friends! One last comment, my husband, who is a professed dentist hater is willing to see Dr. Bowen even for routine dental cleanings......truly a miracle in my book!

Dentists make me nervous and put me in a bad mood. Try as I may, I cannot get Dr. Bowen and her staff to perform down to my expectations - they are marvelous! They always make me feel that my comfort is their number one concern. They could not be nicer! As good as my old dentist was (Dr. Armstrong), I believe Dr. Bowen is more skilled as a dentist. Combined with their absolute kindness, I could not be in better hands. I am now so spoiled by Dr. Bowen that I cannot imagine any other dentist ever touching my teeth. Great job! One of the best dentist I have ever been to. Service was excellent and they walked through every part of my procedure and took the time to make sure I was comfortable.
